Me sorprende el número de comentarios insultantes, descalificadores o groseros, además de totalmente off-topic, que uno se encuentra en cualquier publicación online, sea esta un periódico, un blog o cualquer otra.
Es como esos baños públicos en los que uno se encuentra graffitis, por llamarles algo, de lo más grosero o con pobres argumentos políticos que han sido escritos amparándose en el anonimato. Seguramente nos sorprenderíamos, y ellos se avergonzarían, si pudiéramos conocer a los autores de tales tropelías.
Supongo que la proliferación de redes colaborativas y sitios donde uno puede tener su “minuto mediático” propician estas cosas, pero creo que todos deberíamos colaborar en poner freno a esta situación.
Obligar a un registro previo o no admitir comentarios anónimos sólo consigue que decaiga enórmemente el nivel y número de ellos. Por eso creo que lo mejor que se puede hacer es borrar sin contemplaciones cualquier exceso escrito y si tu blog o medio online es tan grande que no puedes administrar los comentarios, intentar algún tipo de stop-list con aquellos, siempre unos pocos, que se pasan de la raya.
